Please visit the “My Orders” page to submit a refund request, or contact the customer service team by email. We will provide a return address and guide you through the refund process.
- Return Requirements
The returned product must be in its original packaging and not used or damaged. Please send the returned product along with the original invoice or order confirmation email.
- Refund Time
Once we receive the returned product and check it for correctness, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to your payment account.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem or the product was shipped incorrectly.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please specify the item you want to exchange when returning the item. The exchange item will be shipped after the return is received and confirmed, and the relevant shipping costs may be additional.
- Refund Conditions
